The location of this place is great, it's near the airport and there's a restaurant called Poor Paul's Pourhouse just a short walk away, I really enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed at the University Inn for our visit to Florida State University. It was the perfect location, just a short walk away from our daughter's dorm. The manager, Neal, deserves special mention for his exceptional customer service. During Hurricane Matthew, he went above and beyond to accommodate us, finding us a nice room at 1:30am and then moving us to an even better room for the next three days. We were incredibly grateful for his help and will definitely stay here again whenever we're in town. The air conditioning worked great and the overall experience was very positive.

My stay at this hotel was really enjoyable. the location is great, close to the city center and in a quiet neighborhood. the room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely city view. the service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast was plentiful, with a wide selection of food. I also loved the fact that there was a bar open throughout the reception hours, with the option to bring coffee to the room.
